i would not go to ebay i would sign up with amazon. Ebay is dying a slow deth and there are too many big companies that can offer stuff that you cant. Like free shipping and massive discounts.

Buy low, sell high.
Build feedback score to atleast 50, it helps with sales because people figure your reliable.
Ship as fast as you can, faster shipping, happier customers.
Answer Q's fast, buyers love communication.
After you build, automize.

not very high-tech idea but works if your desperate.. take out just $50 of your cash.. then go your local charity shop or local bargains store.. keep your items small and cheap.. if theyre small its cheaper postage when you sell them on ebay and you can double your cash..
or if you want to stay online from home, which is my way..
buy a few job lot computer games on ebay then split them up and relist seperately! its far too easy to screw up and they are cheap to post

The first step is to suspend any money being spent and stop cost so you have as much investment
capital as possible. After that you can consider joining a research website like Terapeak. I know this
will cost you some money. But they do have a 7 day period trial. So research their for items that sell
out well. Then try to find the items cheaper than the competition. But remember you do not have to be
the cheapest in order to make money

Easiest way , try look on new ebay tools they called it microniche ebay finder...
really helpful , simple sell whatever they have there ,.. u ll make sells..

IMO unless you have something to sell that no one else has I would stay away from ebay. Most sellers get the items from the same wholesalers so the prices are about the same. Sure the more volume you do the better discounts. But I would look into something else and stay clear of ebay and paypal.
