what to do?

basicly I ordered service from reputable BHW member last time I heard from his was last monday, so no message from him 7 full days already. he told me I going to recive update 3 days ago
I dont want to put out his name publicly bescause I am sure he is just bussy but still.. who I can talk to? some mod here or?

Better safe then sorry. Go to the (contact us) link at the bottom of this page, and tell an admin, maybe they could help get in touch, and or provide some answers

If you're in a hurry and really need the service done by them, contact them and demand an update. If they don't update you, you can ask them for a refund and move on to a better seller. If they refuse to refund you, start a shitlist and let the mods handle the rest. Make sure you have screenshots of all your conversation because mods will ask for it.

However, if you're not in a hurry, why not wait for a few more days? I'm only saying this because you think they might be busy.

If you private message him and contact him on messager he may look at it.

Overall some sellers take time to respond due to customs / time zone differences. Usually your best bet is to keep sending more alerts to see if he'll respond.
