What to do?

I'm a 19 year old college student from the USA with my entire life ahead of me and I have figured out 2 things for sure.
1. I fucking hate college
2. If you're pleasing everyone you're not pleasing your self.

Basically, I was forced into college by my parents. I was an exceptional high school student (4.12 gpa) but I absolutely despise college. I am tech savvy and I feel as if I could make it as an IM'er.

I just need a start, somewhere, but I do no know where or how. I feel as though content writing could be my area but I have no idea how to get started. I passed English 101 and 102 with an A so I feel somewhat qualified.
Job opportunities are next to non-existent in the area in which I live with the only available jobs being at fast food joints (I live in bum fuck nowhere).

How can I seriously​ get started?

Well, you've completed step 1.

1) Join BHW.
2) Read, read, read.

I'm new here and I'm not sure how active you've been around this community or whatever but you will cop some flack for being lazy and not doing a quick search for something that can be found in seconds. If you can't find what you need and give it a good old go then sure, make a thread!

Here's what i've done and it's probably the shittest method ever but whatever, it's my first IM project and if it fails.. atleast i've learned a thing or two for next time.

I bought a MNS (Micro Niche Site) from luhasr for $35, he designs it and give you a keyword.. i've then got some backlinks to it and all that from fiverr and recently purchased a 62 backlink package here for $25 (however I got a promotion code B1G1) so i'm hoping that will help alot! I've purchased Scrapebox but am still yet to use it.

Is there any specific part of IM you want to get into?
- Authority sites?
- MNS?
- Social media? eg. Instagram, Twitter marketing etc.
- PBN's?

I know for a fact that authority sites and PBN's are probably not a good place to start if you've never made a cent using IM. I'd start off with something small like a MNS and then once you've got an okay income coming from that and all the knacks and crannies are completed, then move on to the next.

Someone please stop me if I'm talking a bunch of shit but i'm just using what i've learned so far and hopefully helping so new people and I hope i'm right!
