Sounds like you're the professional go-between man!
How did you get into it all? Do you operate wholly online?
Thanks. I really would like to look into this more.
Everybody who is in this business (and there are *literally* thousands of us) started out the same way... they bought a get-rich-quick ebook or course on investing in mortgage notes. Some people did well, other people did not do well. I did not do well...
So.... I started looking into other financial avenues, these fields are all loosely connected, and over the years I tried legal judgements, business notes, viatical settlements, commercial financing, lawsuit funding, A/R factoring, medical factoring, loans to doctors, credit factoring, oil brokering (a non-existent business!), pension funding, etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum...
After running up sky-high business expenses that almost put me in the poor house, I started focusing on the fields that had the most potential and dropped the fields that offered little chance of success.
If I hadn't smartened up, I'd likely be in serious dire straights right now.

These businesses are all North American specific, so they may not be suitable for someone who is in a distant land, unfortunately.
Good luck!
