What to do with useless websites?

What do you guys do if your websites are already ranking top 5 but not earning money and <10 visitors per day and PR0? Delete them from cpanel?

Its occupying my space so im very tempted to delete them from cpanel :)

Research higher traffic keywords that will bring more traffic and possibly money
 
And if it's ranking number 1 burn down your computer.. Jokes aside you could add those websites to blog networks or host them on different ips and create your own blog network
 
I'd look for methods to monetise it. But before that, I'd try to bring it to #1.
 
What is the niche? Send me link, I can buy if it is relevant and cheap.
 
Look up some good keywords that get even higher traffic and try to bring it to the top
btw what niche is it?

I hold on to it for a little bit, try to think of other ways to monetize. If I can't come up with anything, I'll usually sell it for a little bit more than I spent on it.
 
If you wana sell them today mail me a decent offer and the domains and I might just buy them!
