Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there ways to share pixels across accounts? If so, perhaps there is a way to string it along counts at least enough to get $25 worth of ads on a pixel which isn't completely untrained.

Is it only works in your country. If currency can be converted than you can use that threshold in Indian ads. $25 will be enough to generate real estate leads of any business. I have real estate business and leads are the lifeline of my business.
