What to do with this quality email list?

I have a technique I use to gather targeted quality email lists and they are all active too. The only problem is that they havent opted in. Anyway to still monethize this or is it pretty much useless?

I'm not an expert in the field, but even as amateur I can tell that ANY email list is usable. I've had my own list that had like 35 subscribers interested in what I've been doing and every time when I sent email out to all of them I've got responses and some sales back then...

Quality emails opt-in or not are never useless, buy another domain (to keep your main one from out of troubles) make a simple page get a vps and send a low amount of email everyday. Either you make a sale, a hundred, or none it will only cost you like 15$ at the end.

Well i'm not the best at this i'd just say just don't put a big image linked to an url and make the email look legit... avoid the comon ''free, ALL CAPITALS'' etc title you wouldn't normally... put your email hard txt as much as possible and put an unsubscrib link at the bottom... always turned out well for me. But there is a lot of people that could help you a lot better out here i'm sure.

I am like so happy right now because for years I did Im and never succeeded. But now is like a big step for me because I have finally figured out a way a unique way very few people know on gathering a quality email list. Just needed a way to send these lists successfully. Thank grock! You helped me alot.

How did you gather those emails?
How long are the lists?
What niches do they belong to?

You can simply sell them in packages if you can collect them regularly, specially if you can split them into niches.

I can get them for any major niches such as weight loss. I can't really tell how I get them because I worked hard to figure that out. The numbers are not alot but they are quality and active. In 3weeks I can get like 6k-10k list. I want to do it myself.

is this a more dangerous route to take in IM? I dont want something with a big risk of me landing in jail or being fined.

Well i guess if you don't send a million email a day just a couple thousands the worst that can happen is you get kicked out of your vps, then just sign up to another one.. also don't promote illegal stuff. But again i may be completely off and don't know s**t. Haven't been in jail yet.

I have list of non-opted emails, and they work just good. Need to do it the right way.
