interstingly i just typed in marriedwomenseeking.com which has women instead of woman and this one is done nicely looks like with some affiliates

i would park it.

visitor gets nowhere and gets forced to click ads.

on the esti*bot part, the tool is not accurate. end user could pay 10x more if he/she wants.

Promote Ashley Madison or like someone said above, start your own Whitelabel dating site. You could own those Keywords on Yahoo with that domain, because Yahoo gives a silly amount of weight to domains rich in KW.

no im not. im with interracial match. and I lied i only make 10-15 a day. ay, it sounded good.

i dont promote it at all, it's all typein/organic. this week i may push it on some forums see what happens.
