Sounds like you hit it a bit too hard with CPA offers already 
FB takes away publishing rights on Walls of FanPages if your Posts get flagged too hard by the members of the Fan Page. Sometimes it's temporary other times it's simply a waiting game as to when they ban that account completely.

Mines the same.. I'd love to sell it even if it was for a fraction of the normal price
I thought that with the fact you can still add and edit FBML, if you have new members joining its still a source of traffic.
