what to do with this emd

hi guys i just found a emd .net .org...with these stats
90k exact searches per month
traffic travis says easy keyword
and it got 1$ cpc
what do you guys recommend i should do on it
sell it? or make a blog on it and try earning from adsense
if i think about selling it ... how much do you think such emd can be worth of? anyone with experince of trading domains and emd please suggest
i have no experience of selling emd's so any estimate would be great

Always remember whatever you decide to do that a developed domain is not only easier to sell but also 'may' just turn into a day job killer that you want to keep!
 
I suggest that you keep it for now, launch a website and see what happens. You can always sell it later ;)

Man..no one can tell you estimate value of domain without knowing the name of domain.
You have some numbers..but yeah...we cant find out true value without name.
Ask yourself..why it was available...? there is bunch of XX.XXX Exact search domains...but they just dont work for anything.

domain isnt developed.. actualy i just found the keyword.. which is still available.. :Pi will buy it in a day ...just confused what to do with it :P i mean what would be better choice

any particular reason why would it be stupid to sell it? nyway still ny idea how much approx i should offer it for to a guy?
 
maybe he means that if you have found a gold mine you should use it yourself and not to spread the good idea.
 
thats true.. but i just wanted to know wht should be approx value of such a domain just incase i wish to sell it?
 
i know but i currently dnt have resources to develop a good website and get it ranked so i thought of selling it. cuz i have about 2 keywords with similar stats
so i want to sell one so i can develop other
that is why i want to know estimate of it too that will it get me enough ?
or shall i just keep both and try other way to get some money
 
you can also wait for the next PR update (will happen this month probably), add some text to the home page and if it gets some PageRank you can sell it at a higher price.
