my concern is.............. is there any affiliate company you can suggest, so i can commerce work on this name

Looks like it used to be a site for selling sausages. Maybe put up recipes and have affiliate links to amazon for cooking equipment.

Funny name. I'd recommend a cooking blog too, but the domain itself is pretty brandable, you could turn it into something funny, could be a gaming website or something similar.
