What to do with these Craigslist personal ad leads?

lol...so I've been paying for these geo targeted IP's and have had 20 PVA CL accounts set up for like 6 months. I got bored and curious and decided to place like 15 personal ads for W4M in top cities. Needless to say in one day I raked in almost 3,000 responses...haha!

What to do with these? I had a couple things in mind but my ideas seem weak...

Any suggestions on what to do with these? I'm approved for over 15 CPA networks so offers are abundant. Anyone, anyone?

I bet a lot of responses are from people like you... haha.... 3,000 seems like a good number. If 1% convert you have 30 sales You can do a lot with a single email lead, it seems. In other words, you don't have to do just one thing.
