Hello
I have domain+web site for 4 years that index very well.
Know for some reasons i have to change the domain with the business name and the content
I create new web site with new domain, should i point the old domain to the new site in order to index it well like the old site?
should i point it directly or 301 redirect or some other way?

Thanks

I own the old domain.
The old domain index on first page.
the new one is far away from first page so how do i use the first domain in order to help the second one

Why you now working on it again and bring up on google? Will get you a lot of traffic

the domain is my old company name and now i have to change the name
so i create new site with new name and diff content

You could just input in WMT that you're changing your domain, and follow their instructions. This way you're not going to lose anything, despite changing practically everything.

place a 301 redirect, this will index your new domain quickly. Alternatively you can also use a link above the fold with a message "we have shifted to newsite.com".
if both sites have same content, don't forget to implement canonical tag.

if i 301 redirect the old domain to the new site whith the new domain isnt be a problem because 2 domains point to the same site?
I dont want problems with the new site

What is canonical tag?
