Its 100k EUR in the whole EU so regardless of where you put your money the protection is the same. EU banks are pretty stable now so you wont have problems keeping the money there for the time being. However with those zero interest for deposits you gain nothing from your money. My advice is to get some real estate property that bring 5-6% annually from rent. Its shitty idea usually, but as you seems to have your business up and running already and no need of reinvest its something stable for the time being. Also the real estate prices are going up so you most likely will end up with some nice ROI.

Having large amounts of money in a bank account is generally not advisable because inflation will normally be higher than interest earned (i.e. the value of your money is depreciating by being stuck in a bank account).

You may like to invest in some ETFs like MSCI World, and let that money sit, to pile some money for your later days.

Also a nice thing is with that amount yoou could easily get some credits for purchasing apartments you rent out. So you have some assets outside the online world, compared to your current earnings that may seem little, but it's sure pretty nice fallback. just to give you some ideas.

You can be an investor. find the good company to invest in.
Good call to not invest in crypto,
A real piece of land has it value, you can revenue from that too.
you can have insurance on real things like gold, house, car and more
I believe when the amount is over 100K, 5% return with the safest method is really good return good, Go with the safest road, Don't rush.
you can set up a company that operates on its own- you have funds, and you can back them.

Dear friend,
every country has their own rules about the Insurance T&C.
But thats for the extreme conditions. Let me give you an example: In your country 100.000 € is insured with your bank account & you have 2000.000 € in your bank account. It does not mean that rest of your money can be stolen or vanished anytime. If any extreme conditions comes like: if the Government become uncertain , economy fall down only then you may loose your money. Otherwise you are safe.

On the other hand you Can use BITCOIN to save your money in your bitcoin wallet. But be careful, there are lot of hackers on the net who can hack your wallet.
