what to do with some junk sites

there are some junk sites

http://www.mutulfund.info
http://www.mycarrental.info

they generate 0 traffic and income

how can i deal with that? any suggestions?

As long as you don't work on these, they won't bring any traffic. So if you are willing to invest time & money then bring some nice content followed by SEO. Thats the simple plan.

Blasts them with SB,AMR,XRUMER and get it to first page.

No loss for you.

What did you try already. With your post and lack of information you won't come far...

But with the information you have given - I'd say, if you were a noob, you could be in for a long uphill struggle.

Spammed to feck, and full of hundreds oif high profile, big budget competition..and thousands of bottom feeders below them scooping up the long tail keywords.

So first -see if there are actually any worthwhile long tail key phrases (min 3 words - more likely 4+) left with decent traffic and not too much competition.

If there are not (and I suspect in these spammed niches - you'll be very lucky if there are) then X puropse them. I.e go for words that have nothing to do with the URL, try and think of an ironic twist. Rank them for something...anything.. do it quick (spend 8 hours of your time on each site max - more probaly just isn't worth it)
Then flip them and start somewhere where you stand more of a chance of success.
