Why did you purchase it if you do not know what to use it for? It is used for keyword research primarily and to check what keywords your competitors are ranking for. You can also check backlinks but their backlinks database is not as vast as Ahrefs or Majestic which are the best websites for checking backlinks.

They also have their own video tutorials if you need more help.
