I am sure you'll sell out all your ebooks in 7 days max. She (her pic actually) is one sure way of making the guys lose 9 kgs. in 7 days max...

You needed to do this the other way round. Find out who your target audience is and then write a book just for them. A general weight loss "lose x pounds in x days" book is much too general. If your target audience is fat people then they will have seen this a million times before and most likely failed with it. You need to get into a weight loss sub niche and write for them.

Instead of trying to sell it, why not give it away for free? Put your weight loss clickbank affiliate link, share the ebook in forums/torrents, and watch the money come in

build a squeeze page with an opt in form
--> write a 3-5 product launch email sequence with your fave autoresponder
--> make the emails from the squeeze page drop into the begining of this product launch sequence
--> once you have grabbed the email, send the user onto a sales page
--> if you get a sale on this page, send them to a download page with a one time offer (upsell)
--> if you dont make a sale on the sales page, send them to another sales page with a MASSIVE discount (downsell)
--> make a sale? send them to the download page with the one time offer (upsell)
--> No sale? send them onto another page full of relevant affiliate banners
Thats all there is to it - Just make sure your email sequence is shit hot and gives them many reasons to buy in each email that you send them and also pre-answers any objections in these emails to remove any "buying roadblocks".
Also - to get traffic to your landing page, try buying some Solo ads, buying some banner space on relevant forums or using PPC.
If you want some free traffic, post in relevant forums and use your signature space, however I would rather spend some cash and buy a few hundred solo ad clicks. I wouldnt bother with anything less than a few hundred, as this will give you a good datapool to analyse your data and tweak your landing page as needed to increase conversions. Sure, you will lose some money upfront, however if you can increase your sales rate to anywhere between 3% and 5%, then you will almost be guaranteed to make money on your front end....... nevermind your sales on your backend from your email sequence, which when done correctly can convert as high as 15% - 20%

What I meant was is look for what people are searching for as the niche. Lose x pounds in x days isnt a niche. General weight loss for fat people isnt a niche either. A niche for weight loss and your book would be something like weight loss for a wedding or weight loss for a holiday and things similar to that. Even fat people don't just search for weight loss in x days. You need to target people who think they need to lose it in x days.
