What to do with leads from personal ads

So I have a method to get up to 400 to 500 leads from personal ads per day and the cpa offers have played out some what. I can still make money at them but not like what I used to so I had been selling some of the leads but I would like to find another good method to make some money on them. Anyone have any ideas. These are actual email addresses.
