What to do with INTERNATIONAL (low paying) traffic?

First of all, hello guys.
Could you suggest me what to do with the international traffic that pays cents instead of giving them CPA offers. Some sharing lockers or...? Could I use them to bring some more traffic to the site? Simply, is there any use of them?

Well, you could use Geotagging to include more ads on pages viewed by international visitors.

Thanks mate, any other suggestions? By the way, I have lot of Italians which doesn't convert at all.

Same here. I get a lot of traffic from Italy and they don't earn me any money (just a few cents).

Only thing I can suggest you is to turn on only PIN submits and explain how to fill an offer in Italian. Maybe slightly could help, but doubtful.
