what to do with indexed links?

I have a website with PR3. I want to switch to wordpress now. What will happen with my indexed links in google / links on other websites? Will that cause problems?
 
Advertise on BHW
Redirect links from your old website to the new blog - use a 301 redirect - Google will give the blog credit for redirected links
