Hello,
i have access to high PR domains (many PR3 and some higher) but i dont know what can i do with it. It is not *com domains, it is local domain of my country (for example .de .fr .es). Could You tell me what can i do with it ?

Well expand on what the site was about before. If it was a blog on weight loss then add more articles on weight loss and monetize with relevant affiliate products or whatever. If it was a classified site, promote it and make as much people use it as possible.

Once you do all that, you can find local businesses that are related to those sites and offer them to place their banners on your site for a monthly payment.

You could also use all those sites to rank other sites in similar niche locally (again, expand on what the domain is already about)...

Add a bunch of unique articles. Build some high PR links.
Once the Pr increases even more sell links on the site.

Actually i can register 2 PR5 domains but... how can i check what about was that site? I mean keywords.

You can sell blogposts on those sites, you can also sell blogroll links. Just be careful to always add quality content and don't spam the sites so the PR does not drop.

You can easily build up your own private network of links with your domains.

Assuming the PR isn't fake...

1. sell them
2. build off of/grow them
3. backlink from them

But if i have PR5 doman and previous site was about for example "medicine" and i will make site about "cars" than PR will drop or not? I just dont know PR drop depends of quality of content or quality and type of previous content.

Look at domains link profiles - majesticseo, ahrefs etc.

sell and/or use as backlinks, Local domains with high pr work as well very good
