What to do with Facebook traffic?

If I am able to say get 10,000 Clicks through facebook ads, what is the best way to maximize this traffic? im not asking for specific methods or niches just some basic ideas as I am new to this.

Learn how to market to a specific audience you're targetting.

If you plan on deceiving FB users for a quick buck then you won't even be able to spend 1% of it since FB will ban your account.

What do you mean by deceiving? If I cloak say a offer but the title of the ad still matches the offer will that be deceiving? and if they ban my facebook account why would that affect my earnings? or can they ban my CPA account?

such as "Click here to get 100$ Starbucks Card Free" and then it brings them to an offer of starbucks, is that deceiving

That is incentive and many networks will now allow it. Look for incentive offers.

Yea but it will be cloaked so it will stay up long enough without being detected. Is that still a bad idea.
