What to Do With Facebook Scrapped UID/ Emails

Facebook IDs/Emails should still be very valuable since its custom targets.

Are there any useful methods out there to build groups or pages with these IDs/Emails on Facebook?

Where were they scraped from? As in, were they scraped from game pages, a certain niche, or what?

Thanks for replying. They are scraped from groups and pages related to my niche....
 
Any ideas or methods, anyone?
 
Now create a highly targeted ad campaign using those emails and build your fan page. That's what I do.

Can you explain? Have tons of fb user emails but don't know what to do with.

1. Create a list of either email addresses or phone numbers using your customer data.
2. Save your list in CSV or TXT format.
3. Go to the Audiences tab in Ads Manager.
4. Click the Create Audience button, select the Custom Audience option and then choose Customer List.
5. Upload the CSV or TXT file list you previously saved or easily drag and drop your file to the Custom Audience box.
6. Your Custom Audience will be ready in about 30 minutes.
