What to do with existing X account

Background:
A year or two ago I played around with AI generated face + face swap in the NSFW niche and I ended up buying an X account that has 36k followers to help with it.
It also has a corresponding instagram account with 2k followers.
The X account would on average around 10~15k views an d small amounts of engagement so I know its not 100% bot followers (there should be some real followers)
Fast forward to now the account has been inactive for some time and I thought I'd pick it up again just so I don't waste the account.

Any suggestions what I can do?
I was thinking not doing what I was doing before as I didn't find much success (unless someone can give me some more tips)
Maybe traffic + affiliate offers?

You can sell that account, bruh, if you don’t know what to do with it.

You can’t lose money; next time you gotta have a plan before you buy, for real.

Remember, you can’t lose money.
 
Unless some new strategy comes around, those accounts aren't going to get very far. For now, I'd recommend sitting on it or risk trying to recover it only to get it permanently locked.
 
If you don't have ideas to monetize them, sell those accounts and make some quick money
