What to do with duplicated content in product pages?

Does anyone have any advice what to do with "duplicated content" in product pages? I'm running a t-shirt eCommerce store and I'm using the product description by default provided by the manufacturer (size, quality, material, blah blah).

Category pages are already optimized but I'm not sure what to do with the product pages since all descriptions are basically the same (except for the product name).

What should I do?

-Unique descriptions for almost 150 products? (will be finishing on Christmas 2060 probably)
-Canonical to category pages?
-No index?
-Nothing?
-Call my grandma?

Quick idea:

What I do in the case of duplicated description is putting the text into an image instead of a text. That's it.

+ You must add a unique description for each product if the SEO will be your marketing strategy.
