What to do with demonetized channel with 150k subs

Any ideas? I was posting WW2 documentaries, but they took away my monetization, because content is not original. So i was demonetized because of dublication.

Hi. Can’t you change the niche?

Create a new channel. And download a podcast for the first one channel. This podcast should be about your new channel to redirect your subs.
And create your own content!

Switch niche.. Gradually, something like we are going to upload other stuff now as well (like we battles, remake)

If I understand correctly.. It's not the channel itself that got demonetized, right? But every video in it, isn't it?

Instead of changing your niche, couldn't you just make your own WWII documentaries??

Try to get patreons, asp people to download an app to help you (works very well in some niches), sell shoutouts, try aff example the great courses, Lynda or skillshare

i can't make my own videos. Its too much work and i am not a historian.

1. If you aren't interested in creating content and monetization of the entire channel is permanently disabled then may want to consider selling the channel. Someone will buy it to try to revive and monetize with Patreon, merchandise, affiliate, etc. or monetize with blackhat methods. There are several online marketplaces/forums with active social account buying/selling communities that you can advertise it on.

2. If it has viral videos that are still getting a significant amount of views, or videos that hold high search rankings for good keywords, you could try to monetize those videos by promoting products or services as an affiliate in your video descriptions or pinned comments. For example, if your getting a lot of views from the USA, you could promote WW2 merchandise from Amazon and earn a commission whenever someone clicks your affiliate link and buys anything from the site. The video renting method of monetization can work too, lots of info available online so I won't go into detail here but essentially you'll contact companies/websites that offer relevant products/services and pitch them your video's description and/or pinned comment area as ad space, and get paid to promote their text and url for x amount of time (you could do a one time deal, charge a monthly fee for rental of the ad space, etc.).

3. If the channel is fine and it's just the individual videos that can't be monetized then find a different niche to go into that involves unique content that doesn't use copyrighted material and you can monetize without issue. Based on the fact that your videos are currently just re-uploaded documentaries I will assume that your subscribers aren't specifically fans of the channel and won't have notifications turned on nor get excited about new uploads so changing niche won't have much of a negative impact on reach anyways. In any case, try to create and upload videos that are suitable for the target audience (you have all the viewer/sub demographic info you need in your analytics).
