If you can’t monetize your channel through Google AdSense, you might want to consider direct outreach.
Do research on your niche and see who the typical advertisers for that niche are. Track down those companies and try to get a custom deal going.
Maybe you can set up a pay-per-result arrangement.
How this works is you put their link on your description and you talk about it in your video, or you flash the URL with your special code at the end.
When people buy, you get a cut.
I personally like direct outreach because you could hire virtual assistants so they could research and contact potential advertisers for you.
Since you have millions of views, you bring a lot to the table and I don't see how direct outreach can fail to help you generate at least a small amount of cash until you come up with a better monetization plan (like a sponsorship or custom episodes for an advertiser).
The only limit, really, is your imagination.
Don't think for a second that just because YouTube rejected your site for monetization that the game is over.
You have an asset that a lot of YouTubers would kill for.
You have 160,000 subscribers and millions of views!
You have a firm foundation to work from. You just need to figure out many different opportunities, try them, and see what works.
