What to do with bulk real Twitter accounts

Hello, I have a huge list of Twitter accounts, email:pass format and I was wondering if there was any bot that could make use of this? If it could follow the someone with every account or retweet a tweet that would be awesome. I feel like there definitely is something like this, I just haven't been able to find it.

There are many tweeter bots out there and all of them could do that for you. There are many things you could do with such a resource and selling subscribes and retweets is surely one of those. Do the accounts have some real followers and are they targeted at some niches or are those generic looking small accounts?
 
How big is this "huge" list? How old are these accounts? Maybe I would like to buy some accounts from you. PM me if you are interested.
 
Stupid question, but I'm not sure what to search for when looking for a bot like this, which is why I posted here. And I have about 10,000 accounts (right now), most have real followers

Also, when trying to log in to these accounts, most ask for some sort of verification so if a bot doesn't care about that, it would be ideal
