What to do with a twitter bot?

Hi,

I've read a lot of toppics on BHW but sometimes i see like:
Just scrape some keywords on twitter and tweet etc.

To be fairly honest, i never use Twitter.

Yep i'm for real. Never looked into Twitter while i am a massive PC / internet user.

Now. I want to know the use of a Twitter bot.

I know a little how Twitter works but, how to spread out a word?

If i have a affiliate link and i simply want to spam it out loud, so 1000's of users will atleast see the link ( im not even talking about clicking it ).
What is the way to go?

BTW Just something popped into my mind.
Is it possible to post something on some one's page on Facebook and than like it with fake other account to make it a top-comment?
