What to do with a massive FB group

I've read up on this, but I'm still torn between simply selling the group, (once it reaches a high amount of people,) or somehow implementing a cpa offer. How would you guys approach making money off a big group. (I'm just gonna say right now that I don't have a big group.)

If you want fast cash...then sell it...if not...then keep it for long term income...
