What to do with a domain name with good DA & PA

I bought an expired domain with DA29 and PA 40 in the pet niche. It have over 1000 backlinks.
I don't have a website made for it, just the domain name which I bought 60 days before. Actually I bought it to sell.

Is it good to list it for selling? Let me know, how much price I can ask for this particular domain (domain alone)

No no no... This is not a sales thread at all. I just want to know for how much dollars, I can sell it for.

I will be selling it on a later date after creating a website around it to ask for a higher price.
 
If it's a solid backlink profile I would rebuild the old website, to see if it can get the rankings back. If yes, then add more content or rebuild it as responsive and scale it up.

Thank you for the suggestions. But a newbie question, what you mean by a solid backlink?
 
Check this domain www.levitrapedia.com
This one is one like my domain name. It have over 2000 link backs and have DA 28 and PA 40.

It's an expired domain name and you can buy it for just the regular price on Godaddy or other platforms.
Is it good to resell that domain for a higher price after the 60days of new domain registration?

Sometimes the domain is worth more if there's no website built. PM me the domain name I should be able to tell you how much your domain worth

I didn't mean solid backlink, I meant solid profile, which consists of quality backlinks obtained mostly the natural way.

I paid INR 120 (ie $2) with an offer from Godaddy. Actual price is the normal .com domain name price ($11)

Yes, but if it have good backlinks (not spammy one's) is it good to sell for a better price. And for how much we can sell that for?

If it's possible, I hope, it can be a method shared here to make some easy money. Right?

Its an example domain like mine. I haven't revealed it here and dont want to reveal it .
