What to do with a domain containing your keywords ?

To illustrate my question I will take an example: Lets say that my website domain is a generic domain with no keywords in it and one of my main website keywords is "red chicken". I went to catch a domain called "red-chicken" with my country extension. Ok great but I don't know really what to do with this domain... Here is what I though about :

• Create a simple page with content speaking about red chicken with links to my websites
• Create a more sophisticated website (blog) with some posts linking to my websites
• Create a 301 redirection

Any ideas or advices ?

Simply create a useful site (probably a blog) and point a link or two to the main site.. No need to go overboard with the linking though.

Probably want to brainstorms some different names lol.
