What to do with a 140k high targeted e-mail list?

Me and my partner had a dropshipping store. I was doing the design stuff & customer service while he was doing the rest.

We stopped it due to high amount of chargebacks and we split everything from the store, even email lists.

Do you guys have any idea of how I can use it? Thought on building an amazon afifliate website like dudeiwantthat.com and send emails...

What do you guys think?

Do you have some more information about what type of audience the email list contains? If you know where most of their interest lie you could setup something similar to enlarge the respons you get from sending emails.

I mean to host it on mailchimp I will need to pay a lot.. Is there any other cheap thing to host the list?
