Use the services here tools are outdated ,many people who run services here manually ping to the mailservers and check each providers (As i remember correct)

You need to run it through something like neverbounce and warm them up first.

I think it should be shared with all of us, I'm proposing a joint venture
Check the emails using something to see how many of the emails work if you not already done that.
Once you know the emails work try and group them into different niches or groups if you not already done that such as say health,computing,music then send different emails or offers to each niche.
Whoever opens your emails put into another area . Reply back to them in like 3 to 5 days from now asking a polite follow up or sending them more information then if most reply back then sell them something.
Whoever replied to your email if it was say positive then try and sell them a product or whatever you are trying to promote
