Have a list of legit 80k emails that are non-opted in. What is the best way to utilize this?

If you want to use non opted in list... Try more than half million entry...

Non-opted in? Spam spam spam. Maybe some other member will come here and give you a better reply.

What do you mean by spam? Any legit ways to utilize the emails?

I acquired them personally and they're very high quality.

If they're non-opted or random, they worth nothing unless you're going to spend money on list cleaning or you have enough resources to handle the bounce rate. You can find MILLIONS of these emails by simple Google search.

But if they're clean and deliverable, you should identify the niche the users would be interested and email them relevant offers preferably affiliate or CPA offer. Don't forget to create your own lander and capture the active subscribers before redirecting the user to offer.

high quality? what that mean?

Legit and active emails. Low bounce rate.

Depends on the niche . Sell them.

How much and where to sell?

They're pretty clean. I tested a few thousand emails and the bounce rate is very low.
