I know some guys in the US that buy houses and repair them and sale them for a profit . They can make 60 thousands just in 5 months . And you know that guys

How have they not lost any money when they burnt it all on get rick quick schemes, or they just got plain scammed?
Pool that money with an internet investor Nigerian Prince and flip some houses then?

Flipping houses is actually not a bad idea. Nigerian prince on the other hand....
I'm all for flipping houses too...but without the Nigerian Prince, it might require a bit of time and work if there is to be a decent return.
