If you have some relevant pages for redirect, just do it 301. Else, remove it. Good luck.

It depends, first check what's causing them cause it might just your permalinks. Then you can actually do some of these:
- 301 to matching page or to relevant pages/post.
- Create a new content
- Create a custom 404 page
