What to do with 300 leads ?

How can i get some money if i know about 300 people that are interested for Tiny Homes & Log Cabins ? I have a blog about tiny homes and log cabins (i only share photos of the homes, i don't sell them) and everyday i get about 4-5 messages of people asking me what is the prices for this home, can i buy the blueprints etc...
How can i monetize this ?

Hello, that's great to hear! Okay so You have loads of customers, there's a good chance that if You have product You can make a sake. I say there's a good chance, because I call this kind of connections not ''customers'', but ''POTENTIAL customers''. Some time ago I had killer product and I thought it will sell like hell, but these potential customers just were potential. Just a heads up for You.

What I would do, I would search for product provider with all power I have. I would take a middle man's position, at least for start. It's hard to deal with both sides when You are not putting any money in, but it's possible. When You have product provider You can take money in advance, then buy product Yourself and then make a final transaction.

You can run ads for the products. Show up, reach out for opportunity. Good Luck!

Sell them homes? That's the best way i think, you can easily dropship them. You gotta research and find supplier and start drop shipping.

find a joint venture partner who can close them and then provide for a share of the revenue. Must be someone with integrity

Find out companies that sell tiny homes and sell them leads.

Man whenever I read something like this I want to slap myself so hard!



A lesson that I learned but still, I did not...

I have around 5,000, even more, just sitting there!

All these have been collected (thousands I lost) on my journey.

Every single one of them is interested in how to make money online and I never did a single thing with all these leads!
It is a shame...

Don't do the same mistake I did!

Learn this lesson people, don't be like me, it is very important to collect leads, maybe even rule #1 in IM!
