You can just send to your partner for example 10.000 emails every week or something like that. After he has recieved the payment from an affiliate program and sends your money you will send him next 10.000 emails. It's slow way but quite safe )
Or you can read about email marketing to send emails inbox, register in some affiliate program and do it by yourself ))

Mail marketing is a better money making strategy for the newbies. I also did that job for few years and already made more money with these strategy. You have 200k mail! You can start with that amount. Please fixed up your target and install a mail sender (trial version- for first time). Then send that in a continuous way. Though these process will be sounds profitable for you but I can see you are interested to sell them with a little amount!! Mate, Please try to make money with them. If you can start with these amount then I think you'll make more money within a short term.
