Spin the articles, make them unique and post them to your blog with some pics/vids to attract google bots, monetize the traffic.

3 things need to be TRUE for that PLR to be useful
1) the content is EVERGREEN
2) you own the proper license (not just possession)
3) the content is high quality (not just in terms of writing quality but also NICHE expertise)
If all 3 above are TRUE, you can do the following
1) Create infographics and use these for linkbuilding
2) Create DERIVATIVE CONTENT like Video scripts / Text to Video slideshows / Picture diagram+quotes for Pinterest
3) Create a membership site for FREE (for email list marketing purposes) using #2 above
