What to do with 10k ebay buyer emails

So I used to dropship on ebay. I made good money until paypal screwed me. Long story short I have around 10k good buyer emails. All different purchases though. It was a dropship ebay store so it's really arbitrage.

Any ideas?

Where can I sell such a list?

What could I promote?(I have ideas here but nothing solid I'm fishing here)

Advertise on BHW
I would send them an email saying you’re opening up shop again and make a site with same category
products like you had on eBay and send them there, add clickfunnels etc

Second option could be writing and promoting an ebook on how much you made with dropshipping and eBay and how they can do it too and sell it to them for $50-100
 
Open a shopify store and warm them with some valuable info and then promote your shop. Track the links in email and see what kind of offers people are more readily clicking. Now again modify your shop with this info and promote again. Rinse and repeat!

P.S. you can also giveaway the list here, people will thank you for it :anyway::D

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the feedback. All great ideas I've thought about a Shopify store, but the problem here is I had over 20,000 products listed on eBay. There was literally NO NICHE WHATSOEVER.

As to the ebook idea, It actually reminded me I have a list of about 2,000 subscribers that use a drop shipping app that has a monthly price o.0 =). It's almost 2 years outdated though so needs a good update.

But maybe even an ebook to my eBay buyers would be pretty nice. I just need to test different ideas with it.
 
I have more than 4k USA based e-mail list. Can anyone suggest what can I do with them?
 
May i know more details about your problem. I have 7k eu based e-mail list.
