I have $100,000 in my savings account. What scalable business would you invest it in with a 10K monthly revenue potential??

Maybe crypto mining as the hardware can be sold if things don't go good

But price change of crypto currencies as well as drops and ups in the energy cost in your country can affect the ROI time

You are basically saying...you want to double your money($120,000) in 1 year...it's not easy...have realistic goals.

Doubling small amount like $100 or $1000 is easy but for large amount it becomes difficult.

Actually, the goal is 10K. I'm prepared to start small then scale up.

We could go halfies on a business venture i have a few ideas and have been actively pursuing ventures
Other than that, you could diversify in REITs, then small portion staking, some play money for NFTs,

Please don't burn them all in crypto LMAO

Seriously speaking, if I had 100k to invest today...

1. I'd keep at least 20-30% as an emergency/living budget, so I can dedicate 100% of my time to new projects
2. I'd throw away 10k playing with NFT flipping, it's really hot now and I'd give it a shot
3. 60k left to invest, I'll probably create some money website/blog and outsource everything and also looking to some issue to solve and create MVPs

Learn affiliate marketing for a few months, hire a team of 5-6 good copywriters, and a designer for full time, then start 3-4 niche sites. Definitely will pay off after 12-18 months.

If I were you I would invest that money in start-up companies, either you buy stocks when they go public or go as an angel investor. Imagine if you invested that money in the right start-up that would become a billion dollar company in a few years.
