What to do with 1000+ amazon payments accounts

OK, do to a glitch last year in Amazon, a friend of mine was able to create over 1000 Amazon Payments Accounts. He had a very specific use for them which is no longer relevant and the glitch is gone.

My question is - is there any way to put these accounts to good use? What should or could be done with them?

Where would you suggest? Fiverr? I'm trying to think of a place I could sell them without violating TOS
