What To Do When You Experience Burnout

Great tips! Definitely taking a break to relax and not worry is the biggest thing when it comes to managing burnout

I quit my day job that was taking me over that edge. Did a 1-80 and changed career, moved to a different country and did something completely different. Now I'm working for myself, it's more work but I decide what, how and when. If I need that extra cash flow I'll make that happen one way or another. Staying flexible but not comprimising my health.
Oh and speaking about health, early morning walks helped me keep my sanity those first months, now it's the gym or a run in fresh air. Let those endorphins help.

The gym is the best for me in this case. Just lift some heavyweights and I feel much better morally after that. And I sleep much better after the gym. So I wake up more relaxed.
