Hello, when selling digital items (in this case social media services) through paypal, there is a always a risk that the buyer opens fraudulent chargebacks. I don't experience it much, but when it happens, I' am always angry. I chat with them, they have excuses (all the same), then they block me on all social media pages.

The last guy (who stole almost 100usd), I told him to pay or we take legal steps (of couzrse we wont, he is overseas and it is not worth it).

Next I informed all his friends/fans about his purchase (buying plays, likes etc) and opening fraudulent chargebacks. Probably they wont read the FB messages so fast, cause they are not friends and the messages will probably hit their spam folder.

Question: What can I do to seriously damage him? I have several guys, (americans) who stole me almost $1000 in total in 2017.

What things could I do? fake lawyer? publish his name/adress with proofs of their frauds?
I can't take back the services....it was mainly for FB likes, SC Plays etc etc

Help me.

FB likes can be surely taken back.

Take back any signals what you can and/or send low quality/spammy signals from a lot of fake accounts, so anyone who takes a look at the profile will now that he's buying signals.

Or just ignore these people and pay attention to your legit buyers.

Just ignore them, not worth your time. Get new clients instead.

Well Im just a reseller. I dont deliver them. And yea maybe he will lose some but thats up to FB deleting the fake profiles or not.
I cant control it.

Well, the buyers - i assume - don't know that. So you can still try bluffing and say that you'll take back all the signals you sent and you'll flood the buyer's profile with low quality, fake signals from obvious fake/spam accounts, if the buyer doesn't pay up. Give the buyer a taste from this and see what happens. If the buyer still doesn't pay, that's pretty much all you can do and just move on.

Maybe you can use this for future work, if you're not already. Make them sign a physical document/disclosure saying something like With the purchase of this product /service I understand with full knowledge that this a digital product/service and all sales are final. No refunds are given as the physical time spent to generate the results can't be taken back. Or something like that and send it up to PayPal if it happens again maybe that could help or switch to Stripe, I've heard some good things about them.

Maybe next time use a website where they will charge a small amount but will securely get you your payment
