Build a similar site If you still has some data that you used to build his site. You can also take legal action. Call his hosting provider and tell him he fucked you over and request that the site be taken down and all the data will be erased since its STILL your intellectual property until it has been paid. If the hosting refuses, you can tell them that you will be taking legal action against them because someone is using a stolen intellectual property.

1. Change your process so that you don't get screwed by new clients.
2. Get new clients.

Well Im not into revenge I believe in karma, but he went out of his way to block me and intentionally not pay me and now is ignoring me. I would at least like to be able to take the site down I built for him not necessarily ruin his business.

That won't get you your money. In fact, since you are a person who earns by providing services, you'll be losing more time (hence money) by dwelling on this. Unless you can get your money from this guy (using any means), get over it.
