what to do now?

After my churn n burn penalty I have been doing manual tier 1 link building with web 2,0 sites, what ells should I do now to help my rankings? I have tier 2 links following up to my tier 1 and ranking it via GSA SER but its taking forever to Google to update my tier 1 links (ahrefs) how els can I improve rankings? If you where wondering i use moon fruit as my hosting provider
