Hello guys,
May somebody tell me what should I do now. I have 150+ backlinks on my website and the sites position is still NTH.
I was thinking to buy 12 HIGH PR Blog posts.
Any other ideas.

Backlinks are a waste of time from my point of view.

That's your advice?

To OP, what's your competition looking like? How long did it take you to build those links, and how many monthly searches for your KW?

It is totally depends on how competitive your site is, Have you check top 10 results showing on search engine for keyword you want to rank for?

Analyze first 10 results and see how strong or week your competitors backlinks are.

Thanks

The niche is medium competitive.
The monthly searches are 40,000. The point is that on Google it only 5 million results. I manage to rank niche with 10,000 searches and more than 10 million results.
It took me around 14-20 days to build those links all manual done.
I analysed first few results all have less backlinks that I have :s

Sounds too competitive to be ranking just yet. You will need a whole lot more than 150 to rank where you want to be. I suggest you use GSA SER (which has a 5 day free trial) to help build your numbers. Paying someone to do this couldn't hurt either.

What is the age of the website? how long its been indexed in google? These 2 factors play a major role in ranking now a days.

Firstly be patient, it could take upto 60 days after all of your links have been indexed before you could have your keywords ranking. Plus, carry on building links, but focus upon pbn and blog posts.

From 0 to 179 in less than a month and you already have 2 .gov and 2 .edu links? Sounds like pure spam to me.

I suggest you stop building spammy links to your website and focus on adding quality content regularly.

I have ordered Quality SEO service here from BHW marketplace.. But no results so far :s So I really don't know what to do now... I don't want my site stuck there for ever.. Need results.
What do you suggest I should do? Wait more and then order PBN posts? :)

What kind of backlinks did you build by now? For how long are those 150 backlinks live? Usually some time will be needed to get ranked. Generally, I recommend high PR links, but keep in mind you want those links that won't leave visible footprints and put your site at risk.

Hey, You may try improve social presence from Fb, Twitter, Google+, Stumbleupon instead of getting a lot of backlinks...

All I build was high PR links from Web 2.0 sites and stuff.
Also I was talking with some people they said I need good amount of backlinks. A lot of backlinks. But I am not sure now what should I do... to get my site in top 500.

OP links from Web 2.0 sites are not high PR, they are new links on new pages with little value, unless you have aged web 2.0s with links built to them. You need to build quality links (PBN posts, guest post on HQ domains, etc ), I doubt you'll rank kw with 40K monthly searches with web 2.0s
