I'm at a deadlock right now.
Quick overview: My client website is almost perfect, we've got an amazing team of developers, our homepage (where we target most of our keywords) looks great, I think we did a great job with the on page, we also got a lot of quality backlinks, we're on Forbes, Inc, Reuters, etc. and tons of quality backlinks.
We're the in the top 10 for our keywords but not just where we want to be. Building links has not got us too far from where we were and we do have more backlinks than 70% of our competitors (quality as well).
The only thing I could think of that's keeping us down would be the mobile version of our homepage. As I mentioned, I think we got a great homepage, well organized and has like 1600+ words (it kinda takes 3-4 full scrolls to get down to the end of it)
It's structured like this:
1. Header Menu Links - CTA + Gif Image (Speed is optimized to the fullest)
2. Sample of our service - Just enter the "thing" and you get a result back
3. Features
4. Why us + More Features
5. Pricing
6. Another pricing with preset options "Buy X Amount - 200$" , "Buy XX Amount - 1000$", etc.
7. Some accomplishments, awards
8. As seen on - Forbes, Inc, Entrepreneur, etc. - A couple of links with logos
9. Footer with links from our website
I know, that's a lot but it looks great. 7 + 8 are to increase the conversion rate, 6 I think it's for stupid customers, we have a lot of them
Our competitors, 90% of them have the homepage with way lesser content, you don't even need to scroll.
Our homepage looks the same on mobile and it takes forever to get to the bottom of it, It's really not optimized for users (since 99% of our customers need a laptop to use our service).
I'm pretty sure my client does not want to change the homepage or remove something from it, so how can I optimize the mobile version?
Also, any ideas on what to work on next could help me a lot (except Offpage).
