So I've made a site within a niche which I am hoping will be successful, for arguments sake lets say it's all about siamese cats.

I've made 20 pages all about siamese cats, traits, chacteristics, common ailments etc. All of the pages have hyperlinks between them so the site has many interal hyperlinks.

I've wordpress with the SEO by Yoast plugin and every page is showing green.

I'm hoping that the site holds a vast information about siamese cats so siamese cat owners and potential owners will start visiting as there's a lot of information about the breed there.

Am I right in believing the next step would be to start writing articles reccomending products (cat bowls, bags of catnip etc) in a structured way with SEO. Then apply to amazon associates once all pages are complete and then link back to the products at Amazon?

Any suggestions of what to do next would be apprechiated as I'm looking at this and it's ended up at almost not what I started it out to be.

Cheers in advance.

add to google webmasters.and start fb page and twitter profile

Funnily enough I did the google webmasters stuff this morning, and submitted the sitemap.xml, that looks like it's going to take some time to get indexed. As for the social media pages I assume that I should just start posting relevant information and add backlinks correct?

Slowly adding high-quality content to the site is fantastic for visitor purposes, and if you want to become a powerhouse in any niche... You've got to treat the consumer like kings/queens.

Solid words there buddy, thanks.

Adding fresh content and posting to social media on a regular basis is a great way to get things moving.
